Warren Gell - Tax Principal
Warren was born, and continues to live, in Ruislip. He joined HM Revenue & Customs directly from school and spent ten years working in Pinner and later Ruislip Tax Offices as a Revenue Assistant and Revenue Officer.
On 1st March 1996, Warren joined the Tax Department of Sproull & Co. as a Tax Assistant and, in May 1997, passed the Association of Taxation Technicians examinations (ATT). He went on to pass the Chartered Institute of Taxation exams (CTA) in November 1999. In May 2013, he became a Fellow of the ATT.
Warren became an Associate Tax Partner as of 1st January 2007 and an Equity Tax Partner in May 2010.
During his career he has gained experience in many areas of taxation, not least including:

Warren was previously the Honorary Treasurer of a charity called The Buckinghamshire Masonic Centenary Fund, and is currently the Honorary Treasurer of The Middlesex Provincial Grand Officers’ Club, of which there are more than 1,200 members. He is interested in most sports, particularly football, and is a keen Freemason.
